Designing Total Quality means keeping the focus on quality in all processes and activities of the company to meet (and even exceed!) customers' requirements: it's building quality not only into the design and production of the product, but also in project management, customer service, warranty etc., according to a cross-functional perspective.
A specialized team from different departments follows the project during all its phases and in all its aspects, from concept to delivery. The team also prepares Product Quality Plans to ensure correct monitoring procedures during mass production.
To optimize communication and information exchange, each of our business partners is assigned a designated key account manager. He serves as the main point of contact for the partner for all
technical, logistical and administrative arrangements and he works cross functionally with all areas ensuring the most efficient communication.

Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Before any component can enter Lavoce Italiana warehouse, our ICQ team verifies its full compliancy according to a rigorous Supplier Control Plan and performs extensive tests such as:
- Rigorous Supplier Control Plan
- Component RoHS Compliances
- Magnet Magnetic Field Measurements
- Spider Stiffness Measurements
- Surround Stiffness Measurements
- Salt Spray Test for mechanical parts
- VC winding thermal class
- Constant Temperature Test
- Humidity Test

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

During the production assemble cycles, all identified critical parameters are constantly recorded and analyzed and all the necessary preventive actions are implemented to avoid potential non-compliances.
We have maximized the use of 2D to 5D automatic adhesive application equipment, and minimized the use of manual applications. In addition, our team checks the adhesives during any stage of the assembly process.
On the production lines, all products are subjected to two specialized tests conducted:
- Sweep Test
- 100% Klippel QC for electro-acoustical and
functional aspects, including Voice coil displacement

Finished Product Quality Control (FPQC)

All inspections are designed and conducted in full accordance with ISO-2859 (formerly MIL-105) through the use of Klippel QC equipment, for both electro-acoustical and functional aspects, making sure that also our strict aesthetical requirements are met. Additional tests we carry out in this phase are:
- Mechanical Test
- Thermal Shock Test
- Product Life and Long Term Power Handling tests

Each new project is subjected to a series of stringent analysis and evaluation of critical aspects as well as causes of potential failure, to ensure a robust and reliable design.
To validate our product reliability on top of the theoretical variables, our transducers go through various real-world reliability tests to ensure we meet our business partner requirements.
During the assembly stage, products are randomly chosen from each production batch for various reliability tests, such as rigorous life test, destructive test, and any other tests we planned in our quality specifications or agreed with our business partners.
